Kouyate will score against Chelsea

Michael Owen believes that West Ham will have a go at Chelsea for their first game of the new season, and he has backed their midfielder CheikhouKouyate to score against them.

He said that many people are expecting Chelsea to have an easy game, but it will not be the case on Monday. He said that the Premier League is more competitive than ever and that Chelsea will have to be on their guard if they want to come out of the game with a point.

The former Liverpool and Manchester United striker said that CheikhouKouyate would be an important player for West Ham, and he has predicted that he will score against Chelsea. He said that the player had an impressive season last term, and he is backing him to make the same start to the new season.

West Ham has enjoyed some positive results against Chelsea in recent times. They managed to get 4 points out of a possible six last season, and they will want to continue on the same patch. However, Michael Owen believes that things will be quite different this season. Chelsea will be managed by Antonio Conte, and this will be his first match in the Premier League. He believes that the new manager will want to make a statement to all the other leading managers that he means business, and he will want to start the season with a win.

Michael Owen said that West Ham also have ambitions of their own. They have moved to a new stadium and that with players such as Payet in the team they will want to spark a new era of progress. He said that the players will be ready for the game and that it will make a very entertaining match to watch.
